Optimal health and wellness through Ellis Method

Thanks for visiting. I’m Dr Camilla Ellis DC and have committed myself to the health and healing of people. As a young child I had many health issues and realised from a young age without health the quality of your life is diminished.

Since then I have constantly been looking for the answers to true health and happiness, which is why I have committed myself to this lifestyle. Through my experiences with myself and with my clients I have felt compelled to share the knowledge I have and to guide you to health. I too have been plagued with different opinions about what to do, what to eat and how to exercise.I have tried it all and what I’m sharing with you is what I have found works for me and my clients.

I have had 35 years experience of getting rid of the symptoms of IBS, and over 15 years experience helping others as a chiropractor and clinical nutritionist. I also worked as a personal trainer during my years studying in chiropractic and my undergraduate degree in Human Biology. I believe that whole natural foods and products is the way to achieve true health. I watch people transform and change everyday; it is possible!

Do I need to pay for the membership upfront?

You can pay upfront at a reduced cost or you can pay a monthly fee for 1 year which will give you a lifetime access.

Do I need to have a blood test done?

No you don't always need to have a blood test done. It is more accurate to have a blood test but you can also go off symptoms and do the questionnaires that are in the membership program

When will results be achieved once I make some lifestyle/foods changes?

We can never predict how long it will take for you to achieve results, however most people within in a month feel better even though they haven't eliminated the problem. Normally the longer you have had the problem the longer it takes to repair. I have had clients that can repair within 3 months and other clients can take up to 2 years, however you will feel better.

Should I stop taking the medication from my doctor if I am to treat IBS naturally?

You should never stop taking medication without consulting your doctor first. As you treat IBS naturally and start to repair your gut talk to your doctor about coming off the medication as your symptoms have improved.
